"I just called to express my gratitude, but also thought I'd send this. What a relief and what wonderful service this morning with your technician, Chris. Invoice 58090 The old fashioned claw-leg bathtub burst a leak toda Actually it has previously this week - turned off the valve at the floor, waiting to let my landlady know and get it fixed. This morning that valve didn't work and water was leaking....I diverted the flow of water into the tub. Worried it was a huge problem. Chris arrived and was so nice, so helpful in explaining things. A real gentleman. He thought he might have the part, but his truck is in the shop. Parts need to be ordered. He capped it off, explaining I have hot water elsewhere, but this will be safe until he can return with the new part next week. No problem at all. I'm a member of the Y.W.C.A up the street, so taking a shower there is easy. I feel so relieved now that I understand what caused the problem....and that it can be fixed. Chris explained where the main shut off is (I was curious) and made the entire process easy and understandable. I feel so relieved. It's nice to get the job done and also extra nice having such a kind-hearted technician here to do the job. I will definitely let my landlady know about the good service and I'll also tell others.
