Drain Cleaning

Auguring: Also known as Cabling or Snaking – A heavy-duty cable with a steel head on the end is mechanically pushed through the plugged sewer line to break up an obstruction.
Hydro Jetting: High-pressure (up to 4200 psi) water cleaning for sewer lines up to 12” diameter. The water jet scrubs and removes grease, and is especially effective for clearing restaurant sewer lines.
Root Intrusion Treatment: Hydro jetting and/or chemical treatment of storm and sanitary drains.
Camera Inspection of Sewer Lines: A video cable with a remote camera inspects and records the inside condition of sewer lines. CPS can supply a DVD of the video inspection.
Line Locates: The sewer camera has a remote locator that allows the operator to determine the location and depth of the line. This exact positioning saves time and allows accurate estimates.
Leak Location: When the water meter is spinning, but there is no water apparent, it’s time to find the leaks. Leak detection is done by injecting gas into the water lines, then using the equipment to detect the gas leaks.
Lift Stations: Pump out and maintain the systems that lift wastewater from below-grade sewer lines to the city sewer lines.
Catch Basin and Drywell Cleaning: The pumper truck removes and disposes of the debris and storm water from parking lot catch basins and drywells. CPS strictly adheres to all Department of Environmental Quality disposal guidelines, carrying all noxious waste to a DEQ dumpsite. Catch basins and drywells should be cleaned every six to twelve months.

Plumbing

Complete Water Service Systems: CPS works with both potable (drinking) and non-potable water. We do new construction and retrofits, with a specialty in grocery store remodels.
Broken Pipes: Repair or replace broken water mains and sewer lines
Trenchless Line Repair: Water and sewer line repair and replacement that doesn’t destroy the landscape—no ditches. Instead of digging trenches, CPS can bore the sewer and water lines.
High-Rise Specialists: CPS is experienced in the diagnosis and repair of problems with pumping and plumbing systems in multi-storied, city buildings.
Backflow Devices: CPS is certified to test, install, and repair backflow devices to keep water flowing in the right direction to prevent water contamination.
Suds Relief: Prevents suds backup on lower floors of high-rises.
Gas Piping: Design and install natural gas systems. Our designer works with your architect and contractor. Gas piping repairs.
Booster Pumps: Repair, replace, and maintain booster pumps to assure good water pressure for upper-level floors in high-rise buildings.
Pressure-Reducing Valves: Install, repair, and replace pressure-reducing valves, which are used to regulate water pressure in water lines and booster pumps. Too much pressure can damage pipes.
ADA Bathroom Retrofit: CPS can bring your bathroom up to American Disability Act standards.

New Construction

CPS excels in all phases of plumbing design and installation.

Maintenance

The best way to save money on plumbing and drain repairs is to provide regular maintenance of these systems. CPS will identify and evaluate the client’s needs and recommend a maintenance schedule. Maintenance may include water and sewer line flushing, lift station checks, booster pump maintenance, pressure valve inspection, etc. A broken water line can cost thousands of dollars in wasted water. A plugged sewer line can cause costly property damages and hours or days of inconvenience. Maintenance is the way to go.
