Windy City Plumbing is licensed, Insured and Bonded in the City of Chicago.<br><br>Pricing<br>Effective January 1, 2012, our prices will be increasing to better service your plumbing needs. Below you will find our price increase schedule. We hope to continue to be your go to plumber.<br><br> <br><br>We will be implementing a service charge on all calls in addition to the hourly charge. Prices are as follows:<br><br>Homeowners / Townhomes - $25.00<br><br>Condominium Association - $35.00<br><br>Commercial and Industrial - $45.00<br><br> <br><br>Hourly Charges will be increased as well:<br><br>Homeowners / Townhomes – $90.00 per hour<br><br>Condominium Association - $100.00 per hour<br><br>Commercial and Industrial: $110.00 per hour<br><br> <br><br>Any service calls that require same day assistance will be billed at an emergency rate.<br><br> <br><br>Emergency rate hours are billed for any calls between the hours of 5:00pm–8:00am that require immediate assistance.<br><br> <br><br>Any jobs where the material cost exceed $500.00, material costs must be paid in advance for scheduling to be done. <br><br> <br><br>Effective January 1, 2012 any open invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days will be charged a finance rate at 3%. <br><br> <br><br>Do you have a clogged drain or a backed up basement. We recommend performing annual rodding of your catch basins and roof stacks to clear any debris that may be stuck. By performing these services on an annual basis, you will limit the amount of backups that occur on your property.<br><hr/>
