It turns out we had a Major pressure issue in our house unbeknownst to us. The plumber showed us the pressure gauge and educated us about the issue. We appreciated this approach rather than just saying “there is a problem and it will cost this much to fix it”.

I had to call I.P.S. at 11:00 pm because my hot water tank was flooding the basement. Not only did they answer my very late phone call but they sent a plumber within 30 min. He explained to me that the hot water heater was leaking. He had a replacement heater on his truck and had my entire problem fixed that night including mopping the water up on my basement floor. He did an amazing job. I will be calling back for any plumbing needs I have in the future.
