The technician came in and assessed what we needed fixed, providing a written estimate for replacing our kitchen faucet and snaking out the master bathroom sink (which I requested after he arrived on site). “We called Mar Go on New Year's Eve for a clogged toilet problem. They called back within five minutes and came to the house in about twenty minutes. While there, they unclogged the toilet and we discussed the need to be able to turn off the water when we are away. He gave us an estimate and we had the work done promptly. Upon completion, he told me to call him anytime, day or night if I encounter a problem. Not only is this kind of service exceptional, but they are also extremely polite and professional. “It went very well. I had called another local company before MarGo on Tue. & Wed. Got an answering machine both times and they didn't call back. I got MarGo's name from Neighbor and got a live person when I called. We made an appointment for Saturday since I work full time. The appointment was for 9 a.m. and he was here at 8:55 a.m. Friendly, nice, explained everything to my husband as they went along. Wore booties and was extremely neat and careful. He completed the full service, fixed the problem, all for exactly the originally quoted price and did it all in 1 hour and 15 minutes. “Had a toilet that didn't always flush right and overflowed now and then. Wanted to replace toilet in master bath for a comfort height one, so I purchased two top of the line toilets. When it came time to install I asked a friend/neighbor what plumbing company they used and they recommended MarGo. I called for an appointment, owner came by, reviewed the job, provided a written estimate and set up a day and time to complete. Two men came on time, removed the problem toilet then snaked the problem drain. A short time later they ran a video camera through the drain and then they snaked it again; bigger snake! Both new toilets were then installed. They were very thorough, very neat, very knowledgeable, and we are very satisfied.”
